Device and browser information may be collected automatically when you access the platform.

Your information is used to match contractors with open shifts, send shift notifications via SMS and email, and provide staffing agencies with workforce management tools. We use aggregated, de-identified data to improve scheduling algorithms and platform features. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Access to personal information is limited to personnel who require it to perform their job functions. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
HIPAA Compliance
As a healthcare staffing platform, we are committed to compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) for any Protected Health Information (PHI) that may be processed in connection with our services. We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards as required by the HIPAA Security Rule. Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are available for covered entities upon request.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Shift records and audit logs are retained for a minimum of seven years in accordance with healthcare industry requirements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us, subject to our legal retention obligations.
